From Wednesday, June 3 to Friday, June 5, the annual conference of the Canadian Academic Accounting Association (CAAA), entitled Risky Business: Accounting in Times of Uncertainty, will be held. This year, the conference is online, and registration is free for members. It is therefore an excellent opportunity to become a member and enjoy the benefits associated with it (access to grants, journals, cases, etc.).

On June 3 and 4, you will have the opportunity to train in data analysis methods and update on the Competency Map. During a CPA Canada conference to be held on June 5, the profession’s research expectations (and associated funding) will be explained.

On June 5, at the end of the General Meeting, Samuel Sponem, holder of the CPA International Research Chair in Management Control, will take the presidency of the association.
